Nikhaar is a program started to help women learn useful beauty skills that can support their future. In this basic parlour course, women are taught simple and practical services like threading, waxing, basic facials, hair care, and light makeup. The aim of Nikhaar is to give women confidence, help them become independent, and create new opportunities for them, whether they want to start their own small parlour work from home or find a job in a salon. We believe that every woman deserves a chance to grow, learn, and shine, and Nikhaar is our step towards making that possible.
